Refund Policy
BASU Nextgen Education Pvt. Ltd. | Effective Date: April 2026
This Refund Policy governs all fee-related withdrawals and refund requests for students enrolled at BASU Education. By completing enrollment, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms set out below.
1. Non-Refundable Components
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason or timing of withdrawal:
- Registration fee
- Administrative and processing charges
- Study material and resource charges
- Any discount availed at the time of enrollment (non-transferable)
2. Tuition Fee Refund
Refunds on tuition fee are applicable based on the timeline of withdrawal from the date of joining:

Date of joining refers to the date the student first attends class, not the date of fee payment.
3. Transport Fee Refund
Transport fee is calculated and refunded on a per-month basis, subject to the following:
- Discontinuation requests must be submitted in writing between the 1st and 15th of the month. Such requests take effect from the 1st of the following month.
- Requests submitted after the 15th of the month take effect from the 1st of the month after next.
- Refund is applicable only for unused complete months. No refund is applicable for partial month usage.
- No refund is applicable in cases of temporary non-usage, irregular attendance, suspension due to misconduct, or route and timing changes initiated by the institute.
4. Special Circumstances
Requests citing medical emergencies, relocation, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis, subject to submission of appropriate documentation (medical certificate, proof of relocation, etc.). The Institute's decision in such cases is final and binding.
No refund will be granted on the basis of:
- Dissatisfaction with faculty or change in faculty assignment
- Changes in batch timings, class schedules, or academic methodology
- Student's voluntary reduction in attendance or disengagement
5. Refund Process
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the institute administration office
- Verbal, WhatsApp, or informal requests will not be considered or processed
- The request must include the student's full name, enrollment ID, session, reason for withdrawal, and bank account details for refund transfer
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days of acknowledgment
- Refunds are credited via bank transfer to the account provided at enrollment
- For payments made via Razorpay, refunds will be processed to the original payment source where technically applicable
